ACH Origination

Interra Credit Union offers ACH origination for our business members and Business Partners (select employee groups). These electronic transactions provide a cost-effective, highly reliable and efficient alternative to writing and processing checks. You can use ACH origination for:

Interra Debit Cards

Save the expense and time of check writing – and gain the convenience of two cards in one. The Interra debit card also acts as your ATM card. In addition to access at ATMs, you can use your debit card in place of a check almost anywhere you see the MasterCard® symbol.

Interra Online Banking

Access your accounts conveniently with Interra Online banking services. You can make inquiries, transfer funds, pay loans, and more – from anywhere you have an internet connection. This service is free for Interra members.

Mobile services are available from your credit union. Stay on top of your accounts whenever and wherever you are with Mobile Banking and Mobile Texting.

Interra Bill Pay

It’s FREE and it’s easy! Pay your recurring and one-time bills online from your checking account, at any time. It saves you money – no checks, no stamps and no envelopes. Interra Bill Pay is available through Interra Online.

e-Statements

Enroll in Interra’s e-Statement service and never wait for your statement to come in the mail again! Your statement is available electronically, days before paper statements are sent. It’s secure, too, reducing the risk of your statement – and account information – getting into the wrong hands. Register for e-Statements via Interra Online. It’s another FREE service and a benefit of Interra membership.

Interra Connect Telephone Banking

Use a touch-tone telephone to access your Interra accounts with Interra Connect, a free service for members. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 574.533.7484 or 877.800.3228. It’s easy to set up. Get instructions here or pick up a brochure at any Interra office. You’ll have peace of mind, knowing you can always access your account information to check balances, transfer funds, and more.

Electronic Federal Tax Payments System (EFTPS)

EFTPS is a free and easy way for your business to make your federal tax payments. This service will save you time and money. By phone or online, you can initiate your tax payments, securely and accurately, right from your home or office -- 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Enroll today at https://www.eftps.gov. 1031 “Like Kind” Property Exchange

Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 offers the opportunity to defer, or possibly eliminate, capital gains tax on the exchange of highly appreciated property, such as businesses, vacation homes, and farms. As long as the proper procedures are followed as outlined in the tax code, payment of the capital gains tax may be delayed until sometime in the future. Under certain circumstances, the taxpayer may never have to pay any tax obligation. Providing specialized service to our members, Interra can assist you with the exchange as a Qualified Intermediary (QI) for the following 1031 property exchanges: forward, simultaneous and personal property. In this capacity, the credit union provides “safe harbor” at a low cost to members, holding the proceeds from the sale during the time the exchange is in progress. As the QI, the credit union also provides exchange documentation.

VISA® Gift Cards

For your convenience, Interra offers a gift card program. You may purchase cards at any Interra office or online, in denominations from $20 to $500. Use the Interra gift card almost anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, including online purchases – a great idea for employee incentives or gifts.
