- Log into Interra Online banking. If you aren't already registered, sign up now!
- Click on the e-Statement tab and follow the prompts.
- VIEW your statement – current and previous months.
That’s all you have to do. Interra will deposit $10 to your account within two weeks of signing up.
How do e-Statements work?
At each statement cycle, you will receive an e-mail message from estatements@email.interracu.com, notifying you that your e-Statement is ready to download and view. Simply login to Interra Online and click on the e-Statement tab to access the list of current statements available to view. Select the statement you wish to view and follow the prompts.
How do I view my e-Statement?
Within the e-Statement tab of online banking, all available statements will be listed. Click on the download icon
to the left of the statement you would like to access. Note: All statements are PDF files.
A pop up will appear. You may:
- Open – This allows you to view your statement.
- Save – You can save the file to your computer.
Note: e-Statements may not be available to view or download until the 3rd calendar day of the following month.
Will I continue to receive a paper statement?
Once you have registered for e-Statements you will no longer receive a paper statement because you can view, save and print your statement using your computer.
