Once the agreement is signed and returned, it takes up to 5 business days to initiate your service and install the access point. We then either schedule a date and time to come to your workplace to install the scanner and offer training for the Remote Deposit Scan service or we notify you via email and phone that your Mobile Remote Deposit app is ready to be used.
Download the Interra Business Mobile Deposit app from either the Apple Store or Google Play Store. The app will have its own login credentials separate from Interra online banking. Log in to the Interra Business Mobile Deposit app and take a picture of the front and back of the check. Submit the check and funds will be credited to your Interra Business account. The service does have a per check fee.
