Login Instructions & Help

Destkop

  1. Login on Interra's home page
  2. Enter your current user ID and password
  3. Select the Secure Access Code delivery option
  4. Enter the code in the designated box
  5. Create a new password
    • Note: New password can be the same as your old password as long as it meets the required security criteria
  6. Verify your personal information
  7. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions
  8. Choose to Register or Not Register the computer

Apple® Devices

  1. Update the App in the App Store™
  2. Enter your current user ID and password
  3. Select the Secure Access Code delivery option
    • Secure Access Code is a new security feature
  4. Enter the code in the designated box
  5. Create a new password
    • Note:New password can be the same as your old password as long as it meets the required security criteria
  6. Verify your personal information
  7. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions
  8. Choose to Register or Not Register the device

Android™ Devices

  1. Enter your current user ID and password

Having trouble logging in?

Contact Information

Do we have your current contact information, especially your e-mail address and cell phone number? The new security feature, secure access code, requires you to update your contact information with Interra. Contact Interra to have your information updated.

Internet Browser Update

Please refer to your specific provider, which may include mobile carriers, for complete information and updates. Listed below are the MINIMUM versions supported by Interra's Online Banking software. For security reasons Interra recommends using the latest version of software available from your provider. If you have an older smart phone, you may find that browser updates are no longer available. Unfortunately, the solution will be to purchase a new phone.

  • Android. If you have Android version KitKat 4.4 or lower, update to Lollipop 5.0 or higher.
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE). Make sure you have version 11 or higher; perform Windows updates regularly.
  • Microsoft Edge. All versions are supported, but make sure to update through Windows.
  • Mozilla Firefox. Make sure you have version 31 or higher.
  • Google Chrome. Check to ensure you have version 38 or higher.
  • Apple Safari.
    • Desktop Safari. You will need versions 7 and higher for OSX10.9 (Mavericks).
    • Mobile Safari (iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch). Make sure you have IOS version 5 or higher. Make sure you perform regular security updates, as instructed, through the Settings/General prompts. 

Some browsers listed above are compatible with Windows XP and other older operating systems. However, Interra does not recommend and will not continue to support use of that software because Microsoft is no longer releasing security updates. Visit the Microsoft website to learn more about your options.

Secure Access Code

The Secure Access Code is a security feature that delivers a unique 6-digit number to you via e-mail, phone call or SMS text message everytime you login to Interra Online Banking. You can opt to have your device registered so that you do not have to complete the Secure Access Code process in the future unless you access Interra Online Banking from a different device. If you delete the security certificate or "cookie" that activates your computer for later use, you will need another Secure Access Code.

Alerts

Interra's online banking provides a wide selection of custom alerts to warn you about the status of your accounts, when certainn transactions occur or of important dates. Just follow the instructions below to set up your alerts.

Set Up Alerts

  1. Click on the Alerts tab under Settings.
  2. To create an alert, click the New Alert drop down button. Choose the kind of alert that you wish to create from the drop down.
  3. To view the alerts for each category, click the icon to the left of the category header.
  4. You can easily toggle on alert On/Off without deleting the alert by clicking the toggle button.
  5. To view details of an already existing alert, choose the Edit link on the right side of the alert box.
