January 7, 2026 — Randy Lehman, Head of Commercial Lending, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kyle Revella to Vice President, Commercial Lender III at Interra Credit Union’s Main Office in Goshen. Revella brings a decade of experience with Interra and a proven track record of helping members achieve their business goals through innovative lending solutions and strong community relationships.

Revella began his career at Interra in 2014 as a drive-thru teller at the Nappanee branch immediately after graduating from Bethel College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Over the years, he advanced through various leadership roles in retail banking before transitioning to commercial lending. In 2017, he helped launch Interra’s INtime Lending program through the MeridianLink platform, expanding access to expedited small business loans across all branches. By the end of 2019, Revella was promoted to Commercial Lender, covering eastern markets, and now serves as Vice President, Commercial Lender III in Goshen.
His dedication and leadership have earned him recognition as a President’s Award nominee in 2024 and 2025, reflecting his commitment to excellence and member success. Revella also completed the Elkhart Chamber Leadership Academy in 2022, strengthening his leadership skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Community involvement is central to Revella’s work. He serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Club of Middlebury and is an active Goshen Ambassador. “Helping our members reach their goals—whether big or small—is what drives me,” Revella said. “Growing up with entrepreneurial parents, I understand the challenges and opportunities local businesses face. It’s rewarding to play a role in their success.”
Revella lives in Middlebury with his wife, Chelsea. They have three children—Jordyn Willis, Jocelyn Jachimiak, and Kyleigh Abraham—and two grandchildren, Lilibet and Joseph IV Willis. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, clay shooting, traveling with his wife, and cheering on Detroit sports teams.
