Randy Lehman Promoted To Regional Vice President Business Lending Manager

July 22, 2020 – Randy Lehman has been promoted to Regional Vice President Business Lending Manager, Mike Blosser, Senior Vice President of Commercial Services, announced recently. He will oversee Interra’s commercial lending team and assist them in developing relationships with current and new business members, build appropriate loan structures as well as create lending solutions that will benefit both membership and the credit union.

Lehman has been a part of the Interra team since 2007. He has held a variety of different roles at the credit union and has received several promotions during his nearly 15-year tenure with Interra. Previously, he held the position of Vice President of Business Lending where he grew his portfolio by nearly $20 million during his short time in the role. Lehman looks forward to tackling this new challenge as Regional Vice President. “Our business members benefit from Interra’s common sense approach, responsiveness and local decisions that are unmatched in the marketplace,” stated Lehman, “We understand our members because we live, work, play and invest in the communities we serve,” added Lehman.

Lehman is very active in the communities he serves. He currently is a chamber member for both the Goshen Chamber and the Greater Elkhart Chamber. Having a servant heart, he also volunteers at events for the Boys & Girls Club of Elkhart County.

Born and raised in Nappanee, Indiana, Lehman is a Northwood High School graduate. He went on to earn his associate degree from Purdue University. Additionally, Lehman is a certified Law Enforcement Officer. For the past several years, he has volunteered as a Reserve Deputy putting in over 300 hours annually. He currently resides in Middlebury, Indiana with his wife, Ashley, and their two children.
