  • Log into your Interra Online Banking or the Interra Mobile App.

How do I pay with CashBack+ Pay?

A:

When you are shopping online and on the checkout page of a brand, you simply open the pop-up, enter your checkout amount and click to pay with your connected Interra account. You'll receive instant cashback as well as a gift card code to use in the gift card field to complete checkout.

If you are in-store, open the CashBack+ Pay app and choose the in-store option, enter the amount and use the gift card code displayed to pay at checkout for the exact amount of your order.

Will I get cashback notifications when I shop online?

Yes, the browser extension will alert you when there is an offer for the website you are currently making a purchase on. The offer will be presented to you on the checkout page.

How do I link my Interra account?

A:

Connect your Interra account with the CashBack+ Pay app on iPhone or by logging into your account on your computer or iPhone. Upon login, the browser extension will prompt you to link your account if it is not currently linked.

When you initiate a purchase using the CashBack+ extension. CashBack+ will purchase a digital gift card using the funds from your selected account and automatically apply that to your purchase on checkout.

No, there are no additional fees or restrictions on digital gift cards purchase through CashBack+ Pay.

The best part of Cashback+ is how easy it is to use. Simply, purchase a digital gift card and instantly receive a bonus value as cash back. The cash back will appear in your CashBack+ Wallet which can be used for other gift card purchases or transferred back into your Interra account within 48 hours.

How can I use my cash back?

A:

Members can utilize their cash back to either purchase additional gift cards through the CashBack+ Marketplace or their cash back balance can be transferred back to the members’ connected Interra checking or savings account. Transferring cash back to a member’s account only takes up to 24 hours, and there are no fees associated with utilizing their cash back.

Can I use a combination of cash back and Interra checking/savings account to pay for a gift card?

A:

The full value of the selected gift card’s denomination needs to be available in the selected payment account to purchase a gift card. This includes cash back balance. Using multiple accounts is not currently supported.

How will I receive my digital gift card?

A:

Once purchased, your digital gift card will immediately be available within your CashBack+ Wallet. You will also receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase to the email associated with your Interra account. The digital gift card comes with a code that can be used online or scanned in store. Your gift card will remain in your CashBack+ Wallet until you’re ready to use it and you can then archive it within the wallet once used.

How do I check my gift card balance?

A:

Gift card balances can be checked via the specific brand’s website. Members can go to the brand website and enter the gift card number and pin. Instructions by brand can be found within the help center at this link.

Can I track cash back?

A:

Cash back balances can be viewed in the CashBack+ section of online banking by clicking the cash back balance at the top of the screen or clicking the menu in the upper right and going to “My Cashback”.

Can I delete an old card?

A:

When a member utilizes the full balance of a gift card, Prizeout does not automatically mark the card as used. A used card cannot be deleted but it can be archived by:

1. Go to CashBack+ Digital Wallet
2. Click into a specific card to archive
3. Click Archive under the “Shop Now” button

When do my gift cards expire?

A:

While expiration policies are dictated by the specific gift card's retailer, federal law dictates gift cards are not permitted to expire within a minimum of 5 years from the date of purchase. To get more information regarding the specific gift card, we recommend reaching out to the specific brand’s support team.

Can I get a physical gift card?

A:

CashBack+ only provides digital gift cards to ensure they can be utilized instantly, but you can always print your digital gift card. You can use the gift card Code and Pin to redeem online or if presented with a barcode, either scanned from your cellular device or printed out and presented to the cashier at the time of purchase.

Can I exchange my gift card?

A:

Once a gift card is purchased, we are unable to exchange the gift card or cancel the gift card to refund your account.

What if my gift card was sent to an email account I can no longer access?

A:

If you no longer have access to the email account on file, please update your email address in your banking profile. Once updated, please reach out to
support@prizeout.com (our partners in bringing you CashBack+) to confirm the change and have the previous cards sent to your new email address.

Can I print my gift card?

A:

Yes, once claimed the digital gift card can be printed.

Q:

I lost my gift card number and/or pin. What should I do?

A:

No problem! If you can locate the original email from when you received the gift card, click on the link to reclaim your card. Alternatively, you can view and access any of your cards within your wallet in the Prizeout marketplace. If you cannot find the original email, please contact Interra Credit Union for assistance.

Why do I see different options than other members?

CashBack+ provides the best offers for all users. The options may change depending on a variety of factors including previous purchase history, location, promotional campaigns, and more.
