Yes, with the use of a PIN at any ATM that displays the MasterCard logo. Visit MasterCard Online, call Interra or the number on the back of your card to set a PIN.

You can choose to either receive e-Statements or paper copies by mail.

Yes, but there are a few things you’ll need to be aware of:

  1. There are some countries where credit card purchases are blocked for your security: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Macedonia, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Romania, Sudan, Syrian Arabian Republic and Zimbabwe.
  2. Please contact Interra by phone or fill out the Travel Webform before traveling to avoid any unintentional blocks or false fraud alerts.

If there is a charge on your card that you believe you did not make, please contact Interra immediately to deactivate your card to avoid any further fraudulent charges. We will then work with you to submit a dispute. Remember, you are never liable for fraudulent charges!

First-time visitors to the site must register with the following information

  • 16-digit Interra MasterCard card number
  • Last 4 digits of the primary cardholder’s Social Security number
  • Zip code
  • e-mail address – If you do not have access to an e-mail address, contact Interra

If you are a current MasterCard Platinum cardholder, you are already accumulating rewards points, automatically.

There are five ways to pay your bill:

  1. Through Interra Online Banking at MasterCard Online
  2. Automatic payments from your checking account
  3. By calling the number on the back of your card. Be aware that there is a $5.00 fee to pay by phone.
  4. In person at any Interra office
  5. By mail to PO Box 71050, Charlotte, NC 28272-1050

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for Purchases, Cash Advances, and Balance Transfers
11.90%, 15.90%, or 19.90% depending on your credit history. This APR will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate.
Paying Interest
Your due date is at least 21-days after the close of each billing cycle. We will not charge you any interest on purchases if you pay your entire balance by the due date each month. We will begin charging interest on cash advances and balance transfers on the transaction date.
