Enjoy this safe and secure way to deposit checks right on the Interra app. No more trips to the credit union just to deposit a check! In the Settings menu option of Interra Online Banking, go to Mobile Deposit Enrollment; then, review and accept the Terms and Conditions. To complete the enrollment process, you will be asked to simply log out and log back in. You can then access the Deposit Check feature under the mobile home page quick link.
Apple® smartphone and tablet users will need to register for Interra mobile deposit by logging in to online banking through interracu.com and completing the enrollment through the web browser. Once the first-time enrollment process is complete, you may use the mobile app to complete your mobile deposit transaction.
What is mobile deposit?
Mobile deposit is a service which allows a member to upload an image of a check to deposit into their account.
How does mobile deposit work?
Mobile deposit lets you deposit a check through your phone into your account by taking a picture of your check with your smartphone or tablet.
How long does it take for a mobile deposit to go through?
Under Interra’s threshold funds are released immediately, if above the threshold there is a 24-48 business hour review before funds are released.
What do you do with checks after mobile deposit?
After the funds are deposited into your account you may shred your checks or maintain the check copy for your records.
